The program committee clearly categorizes the PLOs according to the updated Bloom\u2019s Taxonomy. The current seven PLOs focus the graduate\u2019s competency and performance based on the international standard on creating world class business executives and conducting high quality of business research. The curriculum goes through a revision process on a regular basis, last formal revision was conducted in 2021. We are in the process of revising the curriculum during AY 2025. Besides, once in a year the program committee meet to scrutinize relevance of the curriculum with contemporary business world.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PLOs are in line with the goals of the Faculty of Business Administration, and the TRSU as a whole. Expected outcomes of the program, mentioned in PLOs, reflect the goals and objectives of the Faculty of Business Administration, and St. Teresa International University. Expectations of the enterprises, organizations, and academics are considered and discussed with stakeholders on a regular basis to evaluate and update the curriculum. Updates to the curriculum are approved by University Council and occur at least once in every five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program committee discuss the PLOs every year, taking into account current business administration situations as well as input from stakeholders such as employers, alumni, students, and researchers. Every member of the academic staff understands their role as teachers in helping students accomplish their PLOs and as a member of the program committee. Beginning with basic business management, finance, and accounting in the first semester of the first year and moving up to advanced business courses and research in the second semester, the courses cover both theoretical and practical topics. Students also develop thesis proposals, conduct qualifying research using the knowledge and skills they have learned in the coursework, collect and analyze research data, and write scientific articles for international publication. The program committee and the course instructors meet to discuss relevance of the offered courses to fulfil the PLOs at least once in a year. Minor corrections are made according to the suggestions. The PLOs related to competencies and skills of alumni and the needs of skills for current students have been discussed among stakeholders of our program continuously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary input of curriculum revision comes from Students\u2019 feedback (end of semester survey), instructors\u2019 opinion (in TQF5) as well as recommendations from the educational quality assessment results at the curriculum level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, curriculum revision committee equally considers the inputs from graduate users, industry experts, external academics, and researchers.&nbsp; Faculty members who have recently met with stakeholders provide information during program committee meetings. Based on feedback and comments from stakeholders, the committee discusses potential changes to the PLOs and content of the programs. Periodically, our program assesses whether the PLOs meet the needs of all parties involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program committee conducted survey to ensure the alignment between PLOs and stakeholders\u2019 expectations. Findings of the survey suggested that the stakeholders supported the program\u2019s seven learning outcomes, with the majority of respondents stating that these results are necessary for the work that their organizations do.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is intended to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the process of program specification mapping in the future to guarantee that PLOs, learning activities, and achievement evaluations are fully aligned with the needs of all stakeholders. The evaluations of the courses and the teaching and learning activities are used to determine the students\u2019 learning levels. Every student receives information regarding the valuation techniques used in their coursework, theses, and exams.<br>The program surveys current students, graduates and alumni to ensure the progress of achieving learning outcomes during the coursework, achievement of learning outcomes at the time of graduation, and application of learning outcomes in the workplaces. The survey and communication with aforementioned three stakeholders confirmed that the PLOs achievement progress is satisfactory for the current students, achieved by the graduates and can be applied by the alumni of the Master of Business Administration program.
