class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expected time to completion of the MBA program is 2 years. So far, there are three graduates from the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a student resigns, the Department&#8217;s customary protocol is to discuss the resignation at the program committee meeting in order to determine the possible reason for the resignation. In such a case, the program committee will meet to discuss the issue, try to determine the best course of action, and, if feasible, record the conclusion about the reason for the absence, suspension, or resignation in the meeting minutes. They will also make comments about how such a situation can be prevented or fixed in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.2 Employability as well as self-employment, entrepreneurship, and advancement to further studies, are shown to be established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operational Result<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program has a system and mechanism to monitor student employability status and career development. The program monitor employment rate and self-employment rate and\/or further study status of graduates and alumni. The program conduct survey by the end of academic year to monitor the employment rate. We contact our graduates using both formal and informal channels. We conduct Google Form-based surveys to track their current employment to receive the updated information from them. We will endeavor to use a more systematic approach to monitor the alumni\u2019s career progress in the future. Program instructors are encouraged to conduct cross sectional research and explore external research funds from various sources. The research progress is monitored periodically in order to know the results before the end of the academic year and send the results to the research department of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for students, the thesis course is designed to conduct research in the real world business problems. The students become graduate only after presentation of final thesis in front of internal and external committee members as well as journal publication of the part of the thesis. The students are required to submit research proposal during seminar course for evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.4 Data are provided to show directly the achievement of the programme outcomes, which are established and monitored.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operational Result<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program learning outcomes (PLOs) have been developed to match the requirement of the stakeholders, and the courses that students must pass to meet these objectives have been determined. In essence, the program&#8217;s coursework demanded that each student, both individually and collectively, have attained the PLOs at the fundamental level. As part of the scoring process for their theses and dissertation defenses, we have also developed a rubric for evaluating the accomplishments of MBA students. In order to double-check each PLO&#8217;s accomplishment at the individual level at the end of their studies, our grading criteria for thesis defense also includes all PLOs in the student&#8217;s program. Additionally, we have conducted a regular survey of our students and graduates regarding PLO&#8217;s accomplishments. During program committee meetings, we use the results to pinpoint areas that need improvement at the program level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.5 Satisfaction level of the various stakeholders are shown to be established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operational Result<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several regular satisfaction surveys for employees, students, alumni, and employers of alumni in the Master of Business Administration program. During the sessions, the curriculum committee is informed of the findings from the satisfaction assessment questionnaires.<br>Staff: Every year, all employees receive an email with a satisfaction survey that asks about their opinions of the workplace, resources, job description, pay and benefits, relationships with coworkers, the working environment, and the system as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students: Using the MIS system, students&#8217; opinions about the curriculum are collected at the conclusion of the semester. Students use that poll to rate their level of satisfaction with the subject and teacher. The program intends to start asking students to identify their strong and weak points as well as provide comments at the end of the course. At program committee meetings, faculty members will then draft written answers to the students&#8217; suggestions and remarks.<br>Graduates: Following their thesis examination, graduating students received satisfaction surveys. The poll included questions about thesis advisors, the role of instructors in planning educational activities, and curriculum management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alumni: The program contacts the alumni to know their employment status and survey the achievement of PLOs while they are working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employers of alumni: A year after graduation, the program mails satisfaction surveys to MBA alumni&#8217;s supervisors to gauge their level of satisfaction.
