The program continuously evaluates its student support services through feedback mechanisms, satisfaction surveys, monitoring systems, and regular reviews to ensure that the services effectively respond to students’ academic, personal, and professional needs. Results from these evaluations are used as a basis for continuous enhancement and improvement of the support services provided by the program and the institution.

Support Services Evaluation Results Summary:

The results of the support services satisfaction survey conducted among student indicate that students have ahigh level of satisfaction with the academic support services provided by the program and the university, reflected in the overall average score of 4.08. Among the indicators, the highest-rated areas were overall satisfaction with academic support services (4.34), library facilities and digital learning resources (4.22), and the adequacy and accessibility of learning resources (4.21). These findings suggest that the university effectively provides learning materials, digital resources, and academic assistance that contribute positively to students’ learning experiences and academic performance.

Furthermore, students also expressed positive perceptions regarding academic advising services, communication of academic information, and technological support such as Wi-Fi, LMS, and computer facilities, all of which received scores above 4.00. Although academic support staff assistance obtained the lowest mean score of 3.78, the result still reflects a satisfactory level of service. Overall, the findings demonstrate that the program maintains a supportive academic environment that promotes effective learning, student engagement, and academic success

Improvement Plan
As part of the improvement plan, the program will continue strengthening its
academic advising and consultation services through regular monitoring and
faculty-student consultations. Additional training and professional
development activities will be provided for academic support staff to further
improve service quality, communication, and responsiveness to student
concerns.
The university will also continue enhancing technological infrastructure,
digital learning resources, and library services to ensure accessibility and
effective learning support. Furthermore, remedial classes, tutorials, and
academic enrichment activities will be expanded to better address diverse student
learning needs and further improve academic performance and student
satisfaction

Benchmarking Activities

The BEd-English Program continuously strengthens its quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives through active benchmarking and academic networking with local and international institutions to further enhance the quality of services provided to students and other stakeholders. The program regularly benchmarks student performance data against internal targets and external standards from comparable programs and academic years to monitor progress, identify trends, and implement evidence-based improvements that support student success, graduate quality, employability, and stakeholder satisfaction. In October 2025, the program conducted benchmarking activities with the Faculty of Education of Mindanao State University – Maguindanao, focusing on best practices in student services and activities, student retention, curriculum enhancement, employability, and student support systems.
