These results indicate that the university provides a conducive and technology-supported environment that enhances students\u2019 academic experiences and supports effective teaching and learning processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, students positively evaluated the cleanliness and maintenance of classrooms, the effectiveness of facility maintenance services, and the reliability of campus internet and technological facilities. Safety and security measures, library resources, sports facilities, and transportation accessibility also received favorable ratings, demonstrating the university\u2019s commitment to maintaining a supportive and student-friendly campus environment. Although the cleanliness and condition of restrooms and sanitation facilities obtained the lowest mean score of 3.78, the result still reflects a satisfactory level of performance. Overall, the findings suggest that the university continues to provide adequate facilities and services that contribute to students\u2019 comfort, well-being, and academic success.\\<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faculty :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey results <strong>among staff and lecturers show a positive evaluation of the university\u2019s facilities and learning support services, with an overall mean of 4.05, interpreted as highly satisfactory<\/strong>. Lectures and staff  highly appreciated the availability of smart classrooms, projectors, and audio-visual equipment (4.21), as well as the reliability of internet connectivity, learning resources, and library services, reflecting the university\u2019s strong support for effective teaching and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Physical facilities such as classroom cleanliness, safety and security, canteen services, and maintenance services also received favorable ratings.
