The Dean has communicated the Faculty’s vision, values, and curriculum details to faculty members, support staff, students, and other stakeholders using various channels, many of which allow for two-way communication. These values are also demonstrated through the behavior of the Dean and the administrative committee.

To promote ethics as a core Faculty value, the Dean has established guidelines to instill it through staff development activities and to embed it within both programs. The Dean emphasizes that she, along with all faculty members and support staff, operates with transparency by strictly adhering to the principles of good governance outlined in the Handbook of Good Governance and the Standard of Ethical Conduct.
