1.1 History of the Program

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Faculty of Business Administration was established in 2009 with the aim of producing graduates who possess a broad and in-depth understanding of business management. The program is designed to equip students with the ability to integrate theoretical knowledge into practical applications, foster creativity, and generate new knowledge that can lead organizations through change and ensure sustainable success.

The program emphasizes the development of visionary leaders who are capable of anticipating changes and adapting to dynamic business environments. Graduates are expected to apply strategic thinking and innovative approaches to lead organizations with resilience and integrity.

In response to the rapid advancement of digital technologies and the evolving landscape of the global economy, the MBA program plays a vital role in strengthening the foundation of Thailand’s economic, commercial, and industrial development. With the Thai government promoting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and aspiring to position the country as a regional hub for trade and services, there is an increasing demand for business professionals who are well-versed in integrated business management.

The program therefore focuses on developing competent, ethical, and socially responsible business leaders who are capable of driving innovation, conducting research, utilizing technology, and solving complex problems in today’s fast-changing business world.
