Executive Summary
The self-assessment report is designed to analyze the criteria that are being assessed. It covers the period from the establishment of the Airline Business programme that is revised and approved February 16, 2020. Briefly, the criteria that are analyzed are:
1. The suitability of the programme,
2. How successful programme has been, at operational and academic levels and
3. The final results obtained by students, including their academic achievements, employability and integration into employment. Essential criteria for the continuous improvement of quality are: an analysis of indicators of the results, and self-criticism, which contributes to the creation of an improvement plan in accordance with the previous conclusions. This should be the focus of the self-report.
