Overall Performance Summary

Strengths of the Program

  1. The BBA-AB program has established MOU and linkages with Bangkok Flight Services (BFS), Airport of Thailand (AOT), domestic airlines such as Nok Air, Air Asia, Thai Lion Air, Thai Airways and Best international airlines of the World such as Qatar AIrways, Singapore Airlines, Eva Air, Air France, Oman Air, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Thai Airways International and others.
  2. The students can choose their internship workplace provided they possess the expected skills or requirements of airline companies. The airlines that were included in world ranking usually have high standards and requirements from our students and yet they still gets job training because the airlines have high confidence on our students specifically on their English language skills and service-mindedness.
  3. During or after the students’ job training or internship, airline companies offered student jobs and recruit them to work in their airlines.
  4. The program has a high demand for graduates, knowing that Thailand is boosting its tourism industry as its main source of revenue.

Weaknesses of the Program

  1. The number of students joining the BBA-AB program is decreasing during and after the pandemic. The aftermath of this COVID-19 affected most educational institutions and another establishment, thus the number of recruits is decreasing.

Areas for Improvement or Program Enhancement in the Next Academic Year

  1. Despite the Marketing Team’s effort to reach out to future students online and onsite, the number of students recruited is less than the target in the plan. Continue to capture a large market by modifying campaigns that best suit this youngster’s needs, either financial status, entertainment, sumptuous and affordable meals and other offerings provided by other universities.
