1) ควรมีการเทียบเคียงสมรรถนะ ผลผลิตและผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียน กับคู่เทียบที่เหนือกว่า เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร
2) ควรดำเนินการเทียบเคียงสมรรถนะ ในเรื่องอัตราการจบการศึกษา อัตราการออกกลางคัน เวลาเฉลี่ยในการจบการศึกษา การได้งานทำ งานวิจัยและผลงานสร้างสรรค์ของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ ตลอดจน ความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่างๆ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
1) A benchmarking of student competencies, outputs and outcomes should be conducted against higher-performing counterparts to enhance the program’s operations.
2) Benchmarking should be performed on key metrics including graduation rates, dropout rates, average time to degree completion, graduate employment rates, student and faculty research/creative works, as well as stakeholder satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement.
