8.1 The pass rate, dropout rate, and average time to graduate are shown to be established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.
Operational Result
The Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession (Revised 2023(2566)) has been implemented in ๋ีืJune 2023. At the present time, all students (86) have just completed the second semester of their study. They will continue their study in the last semester for graduation in June 2024. From the MIS system, there are no students who dropped out. They all passed the minimum criteria for studying. In the 2023 academic year, all 75 students who enrolled in the 2022 academic year have graduated.
8.2 Employability as well as self-employment, entrepreneurship, and advancement to further studies, are shown to be established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.
Operational Result
The students in this program are now teachers in schools. Some students may advance to further studies at the Master’s degree level when they finish this program.

8.4 Data are provided to show directly the achievement of the programme outcomes, which are established and monitored.
Operational Result
The program head and the dean monitor the performance management and achievements of the program. All information is recorded on the Website, Google Classroom, and St Teresa International University MIS system every semester after the semester ends.
8.5 Satisfaction level of the various stakeholders are shown to be established, monitored, and benchmarked for improvement.
Operational Result
The data generated for the satisfaction levels of stakeholders are collected from the survey form, which contains the standard learning outcomes on knowledge, skills, ethics, and character. These skills match the learning outcomes stipulated in TQF 2. If there is data generated in the future, the result of the survey will be used for the improvement of the curriculum and its delivery.
