Strengths of the Program
- อาจารย์ผู้สอนคณะบุคลากรมีคุณภาพ มีสมรรถนะสูง ทั้งด้านคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์สอน การบริหารจัดการและการส่งเสริมโครงการและกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัย มีความรับผิดชอบสูง เตรียมการสอนเป็นอย่างดีตามขั้นตอน การจัดทำ มคอ 3 และ มคอ 5 รวมทั้งแผนการสอน กิจกรรมการสอน เอกสารประกอบการสอนเพื่อประกอบการสืบค้นให้กับนักศึกษาเป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งการประวัดผลและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริงเน้นการใช้ e portfolio สรุปรายงาน ทุกรายวิชา
- ใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการสอน ผ่าน mis.ac.trsu.ac..th และ class room รมทั้งระบบ modle อย่างชำนาญทุกคนก
- มีจำนวนอาจารย์ผู้สอนสำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญญเอก ทุกท่านและมีจำนวนเพียงพอกับหลักสูตร
- มีอุปกรณ์ สื่ออิเลคโทรนิค รวมทั้ง อินเทอร์เนตความเร็วสูงเพียงพอต่ออาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่ใช้สื่บค้นความรู้

2.ส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยร่วมกันระหว่างนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอนเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนมากขึ้น
